Job Title: Automation Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team at Relativity. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for automating key processes, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), creating technical designs, and performing rigorous testing methods on implemented solutions. Additionally, you will be required to work with executive sponsors to operationalize Infrastructure and Automation projects and build reports and dashboards to monitor and optimize these projects.
Responsibilities:
- Automate key processes utilizing various tools such as Make.com and Azure Functions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code for Relativity Clients and internal projects using Bicep.
- Implement and operationalize company tooling, such as Docker containers for local development, HubSpot CRM for sales and marketing team, GitHub Copilot X for developers, and the Microsoft stack for the whole organization.
- Create Technical Designs for Infrastructure and Automation projects.
- Perform rigorous testing methods on implemented solutions.
- Work with executive sponsors to operationalize Infrastructure and Automation projects.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor and optimize Infrastructure and Automation projects, mostly using Azure Dashboards and other automated reports sent via Slack or email.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Backend development including code, configuration, integration, and database technologies.
- Use Azure as the primary cloud platform.
- Use Bicep as the primary Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tool.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Proficient in Backend development including code, configuration, integration, and database technologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and other software development tools.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Make.com, Azure Functions, and other automation tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
